Return Policy & Gift Cards
At Virtú + Vitality, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your product. Your satisfaction is my highest priority, so please contact me immediately with any questions or concerns regarding your transaction so that I can work to resolve them quickly.
At Virtú + Vitality and our apparel, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return for store credit or exchange all item(s) within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned, you will be entitled a store credit or exchange only. No refunds.
We cannot accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in original condition, or have had tags removed. In addition, every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.
If you wish to cancel your transaction, please do so before shipping (24 hours). We can offer a store credit (excluding the delivery cost) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to provide you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Our clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes. SheReigns doesn’t create or ship physical gift cards. Gift cards are only available through an email or printable .pdf. Customers cannot duplicate cards or set the limits of the amount on the card.
At checkout, a gift card’s value will be subtracted from the order total. This includes tax and shipping.
Gift cards never expire.
Gift cards purchased on this site can only be used to buy products on the site.
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance. Your purchase can be split between a gift card and a credit card.
Customers cannot purchase multiple gift cards in one order. When purchasing the card, you will be taken to the check-out page once you click “purchase.”
If your gift card code is lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will resend the initial email with your code. You can also check your balance by entering your code at checkout, and the balance will appear.
